Event statuses
Statuses label your deadlines, reminders, and calendar events (month/week/list views and event detail). They appear when you create or edit an event and in filters. Pending, Done, and Cancelled are built in — you can rename them and pick colors, but not remove them. Add up to 10 custom statuses total. Drag ⋮⋮ on a row to reorder (mouse or touch).

Create an offline copy of any table: choose the table, optional filters, and columns, then download CSV (all tiers) or JSON on Pro. The file is generated for you only — your vault is not changed. Use it for backups, reports, or editing in Excel / Sheets.

What is VaultSide?
VaultSide is a browser extension that helps you manage projects (vaults) and keep everything in one place: checklists, docs, credentials, and data tables—all encrypted and tied to your account.
What can you do?
- Vaults (projects) — Create a vault for each project or site. Each vault has a name, optional URL, and icon.
- Checklists — Add todo lists per vault with Pending and Done sections. Filter by All, Pending, or Done.
- Docs — Write rich text per vault (and quick notes across vaults). Docs are stored encrypted and can be pinned or starred.
- Credentials — Save usernames, passwords, and custom fields per vault. Data is encrypted; you can copy values or open links.
- Data tables — Create Notion-style tables from the Tools page: add columns (text, number, date, select, status, relation, and more), rows, and optional subrows. Sync a date column to the calendar and view row details in the Calendar and in the table info card. Table count depends on your plan (see Plans & limits below).
Tools
From the header toolbar you can open the Password generator, Calculator, Countdown, and Stopwatch, and open the Tools page for Data tables and Calendar. Use the menu (☰) for Passwords (website logins across vaults), Settings, and more. Countdown sets a timer by duration or until a time. Stopwatch counts up; sessions are saved when you start and stop, and a floating chip appears on all pages while it runs. If you close the app with the stopwatch running, you’ll be prompted to stop or keep it when you reopen. Data tables let you build custom tables per project or globally; the Calendar shows events and synced table rows.
Security
Sensitive data (passwords, credentials, docs) is encrypted on your device with a master password. Only you can decrypt it. Sign out when you are done to lock the vault.
